Our IT service providers may have access to personal information if it is stored at the supplier or otherwise available to the supplier under contract with us. The suppliers act in accordance with the data processing agreement with us and in accordance with our instructions. Personal information provided by users who submit a form to this site will be stored. Contact requests are deleted after one year.

You have rights to the personal information that concerns you. What rights you have are dependent on the circumstances.

Request for amendment or deletion: You may ask us to amend incorrect information we have about you or request us to delete your personal information. As far as possible, we will respond to such request, but we can not do this if there are compelling grounds to not delete, for example, if the information must be stored for documentation purposes.

Data portability: In some cases, you may be able to obtain the personal information you have provided in a machine-readable format. Where technically possible, we can have these transferred directly to other companies in some cases.

Complaint to the supervisory authority: Should you disagree with the way we process your personal information, a complaint can be filed at the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

5. Safety

We have established technical and organizational procedures for the secure handling of personal information. Periodic safety assessments of all key systems used for handling personal data are carried out, and agreements are entered into compelling suppliers of such systems to provide satisfactory information security.

Access to personal information is restricted to those personnel who require it to carry out their duties. We have adopted internal IT guidelines and regularly train staff with regard to security and the use of IT systems.
