Quality control covers all aspects of our production – from inspection of our incoming raw materials to analytical control of products. Our premium products for the human nutrition and feed markets are extensively quality assured, approved and exported to numerous countries across Europe, the Americas and Asia. Our established quality control procedures ensures biomega® has full traceability from raw material to end user.
Quality Assurance
Our quality assurance policy is tailored to meet our customer requirements. While basic analysis will always be carried out to determine the raw material quality, bespoke analysis to allow for additional analytical parameters will also be considered.
Quality Management
Our quality department conducts internal, external and supplier audits. All standard operating procedures are handled in a central database, which is part of the biomega® management system and based on the international ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Regulatory
biomega® holds food and feed approvals for both biorefineries. We work in accordance with several regulatory approval bodies, which also includes consulting and proactively assisting our raw material suppliers.
